NHGOP ANNOUNCES NORTHEAST REPUBLICAN LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE

Concord – The New Hampshire Republican State Committee today announced that it will host the Northeast Republican Leadership Conference on March 14-15 at the Crown Plaza in Nashua.
The conference will be held over two days with several general sessions filled with guest speakers and panels that will discuss how the Republican Party can win in 2014. In addition, an evening fundraiser will be held each night of the conference.
“This conference will allow Republicans from across the Northeast to come together, hear from prominent conservative speakers, discuss ways that we can spread our message of fiscal responsibility and take back our government,” said NHGOP Chairman Jennifer Horn. “We are proud to host this important event and believe that it will help us lay the groundwork that Republicans need to win in November.”
Confirmed speakers for the event include Senator Kelly Ayotte, Former United Nations Ambassador John Bolton, Conservative Radio Host Michael Graham, and Representative Peter King (R-NY).
Tickets for the conference start at $75 and are available.
Senator Kelly Ayotte - Kelly Ayotte is the Republican United States senator from New Hampshire. Having served since 2011, she is the youngest of the 20 female US Senators. Prior to serving in the Senate, she served as New Hampshire’s attorney general from 2004 to 2009.
Governor Bobby Jindal (LA) - Bobby Jindal is the 55th and current Governor of Louisiana, elected in 2008, and the Vice Chairman of the Republican Governors Association. Gov. Jindal will be the keynote speaker for the Friday evening dinner
Former US Senator Rick Santorum (PA) - Rick Santorum served as a United States Senator representing Pennsylvania from 1995 to 2007, and was the Senate’s third-ranking Republican from 2001 until 2007. He ran as a candidate for the 2012 Republican Party presidential nomination.
Ambassador John Bolton - John Bolton is a lawyer, diplomat and former US Ambassador to the United Nations. Bolton is currently a senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute (AEI), a Fox News Channel commentator, and of counsel to the Washington, D.C. law firm Kirkland & Ellis. He was a foreign policy adviser to 2012 presidential candidate Mitt Romney.
Congressman Pete King (NY) - Peter King is a Republican representing New York’s 2nd congressional district. He represents the central Long Island district that includes parts of Nassau and Suffolk counties. King formerly served as the Chairman of the House Committee on Homeland Security. He also sits on the Financial Services Committee and the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.
Former Governor John H. Sununu (NH) - John H. Sununu served as the 75th Governor of New Hampshire and later White House Chief of Staff under President George H. W. Bush. He is the father of John E. Sununu, a former senator from New Hampshire. He also served as Chair of the New Hampshire Republican Party from 2009-2011.
Former Governor Jim Douglas (VT) - Jim Douglas was elected the 80th Governor of Vermont in 2002 and was reelected three times before he left the office in January 2011.
Former Governor Luis Fortuño (Puerto Rico) - Luis Fortuño is a Puerto Rican politician who served as the tenth elected governor of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. He also served as as a member of the Republican National Committee, served as president of the Council of State Governments during 2012 and served as president of the Southern Governors Association from 2011 to 2012.
Former US Senator Scott Brown (MA) - Scott Brown is a former United States Senator from Massachusetts. Prior to his term in the Senate, Brown served as a member of the Massachusetts General Court, first in the State House of Representatives (1998–2004) and then in the State Senate (2004–2010).
Former Lieutenant Governor Betsy McCaughey (NY) - Betsy McCaughey was the 72nd Lieutenant Governor of New York from 1995 to 1998. She holds a PhD from Columbia University and has been a fellow at the conservative Manhattan Institute and Hudson Institute think tanks.
Former CEO and Chair of the American Conservative Union Foundation Carly Fiorina – Carly Fiorina is an former business executive and a former California Republican candidate for the United States Senate. Fiorina served as chief executive officer of Hewlett-Packard from 1999 to 2005. She is the current Chair of the American Conservative Union Foundation.
